Passengers may enter on foot through Gate 16 on Wharf Street. Passengers being dropped off in vehicles MUST enter through Gate 15 on Pu‘unene Avenue and will be instructed to drive through to drop off passenger at terminal and exit through Gate 16 on Wharf Street.
