Change Policy

Changes may be made to an existing reservation prior to the scheduled departure for $5 per passenger and 10 percent of vehicle fare plus any difference in fare for the alternate requested dates or voyages.

Change and cancellation fees will not be assessed against the Infant Fare.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time will be granted a refund, less a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time are non-refundable.

For voyages that are canceled due to weather conditions, you will be given a full refund for the unused portion of your reservation. If you choose to rebook your reservation for another date, all change fees will be waived.

Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable if you cancel less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Tickets that are cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time will be entitled to a refund using the same form of payment as the original purchase, less a cancellation fee.

No-show Policy

If you are not able to travel, we encourage you to contact the Reservation Center at 1-877-443-3779 PRIOR to the scheduled departure time.  This will give you the opportunity to rebook the reservation and apply the value of the original ticket to a new travel date.  All applicable change fees will be applied.

Passengers who do not notify Hawaii Superferry prior to the scheduled departure time will be considered a "no show" for the voyage, and will forfeit the fare.
