Making Your Reservation

If you make your reservation over the phone, please notify the representative that you are traveling with a wheelchair.

If you make your reservation online, please call our Reservations department after completing your booking to advise them that you are traveling with a wheelchair so that it may be documented in your booking.

If you are traveling in a group using wheelchairs, be sure to ask about special rates and seating in advance.

Hawaii Superferry employees are not able to assist passengers with eating, drinking, or using the lavatory. If this type of assistance is needed, customers should consider bringing along an attendant as a paid passenger.
