At the Port

• Arrive early. Our waiting areas will be open two hours prior to departure. Customers with disabilities have the opportunity to board first. We provide courtesy shuttles to transport passengers with limited mobility between the port terminals and the ferry.
• Be prepared for security and agriculture screening. Passengers with a disability must undergo the same screening as other passengers.
• If you are traveling with medical oxygen, be sure you are transporting it properly.
• Make sure you have your proper medications with you at all times.
