Hawaii Superferry may add a voyage on or after the third (3rd) calendar day after written notice is filed with the Public Utilities Commission and the Division of Consumer Advocacy of the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs.
Hawaii Superferry may cancel a voyage that is fourteen (14) days away as of the third (3rd) calendar day after written notice is filed with the PUC and the Consumer Advocate.
